Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If I receive public assistance and my ex pays me child support, will I get in trouble if I did not report it to DCF? He hasnt been employed for many years and has been very inconsistent in payment and I never knew when and if he was gonna send money.

You must report child support income when receiving public assistance. Failure to do so could be a felony.
