Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I received a court date - my sons father filed a motion to dismiss regarding title 4D of the Social Security Act.... Is this for child support payments or custody or what ? I want to prepare myself !!!!

Title 4 D refers to support for needy families. I am not sure what he is saying ie that you should apply for state support? Check the file and see what exactly is he asking the court to do and why. Check the hearing notice and find out what the scope of the hearing will be addressed and the time alloted.
