Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have not received the court ordered child support payments in over a year. I have attempted to pursue the case with Child Support Enforcement. I have contacted their office over 25 times over the past year. I feel like I have been given the run around. Every call ends with give us another 30 days. Is there any other steps I can take to pursue this case??

You have the right to hire your own attorney to pursue the case. It may cost you, but it may be worth it in the long run. Besides, very often the judge will order the delinquent person to reimburse your attorney's fees.
