Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I received a default order terminating my child's fathers parental rights on 2/24/16. Today, 4-15-16, I received and order granting a motion for rehearing and evidentiary hearing. I don't know what this is. I never got a motion for rehearing and didn't know there was a time to review the motion set. The document doesn't have the same case number as my default order and doesn't have the circuit clerk of court seal or say filed anywhere on it. I don't know what to do. Both cases online are locked so I cannot access anything.

Take all paperwork to your Clerk of Court office, ask for thr "Pro Se coordinator". They should be able to tell you what is going on.

Looks like the father is fighting to appeal the order terminating his rights. You need to hire a lawyer asap.
