If I received an order for my former husband to quit claim our home to me and I now

have quit claim and he appeals I am allowed to move on with sell of home satisqo

what good is an appeal?

Yes, if he didn't file a motion to stay and enjoin you from selling.

But realize that if he wins the appeal, you'll owe him money damages for everything you do, which could be a huge amount of money. The safe thing is to wait until the appeal is over. Talk to a lawyer before you do anything that might get undone by the appellate court.
