Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I need to know what to do and how to go about receiving my child from the fathers girlfriend he went to jail for a ten day sentence, we have a parenting plan established through the courts and he is completely non compliant and has been for a few years now like changes phones numbers ,schools ,place of residence. Anything to avoid me . I feel like this is an opportunity to retrieve my baby girl and possibly get my foot in the door to being back in her life and helping raise her

Not enough information to really respond BUT if he is in jail, I suggest you get a po lice escort with your papers to pick up your child then get a hearing date to change the situation of who has primary custody. You will need an attorney no d oubt. If you can not afford one then apply for the Legal Aid in your area. If this is in Duval "County,
