Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I recently was awarded timesharing of my 18 month old daughter, and I need help with understanding the exact days and dates of my timesharing.

Example: In the Court Order, it reads... "The child shall be with the Petitioner (myself) for seven continuous days during each month. Such time sharing shall begin the first Saturday of the second (2nd) full week of each month at 1:00pm and continue uninterrupted until the following Saturday at 1:00pm when the child will be returned to the Respondent" (my ex-girlfriend.) My question is: Would my timesharing with my child begin on Saturday, July 3rd, 2010 and end on Saturday, July 10, 2010? My ex-girlfriend has been disputing the above dates and contradicts me and told me that my timesharing with our daughter will actually begin on July 17, 2010 and end on July 24, 2010. Can you tell me which dates are correct? I need to know asap. Thanks in advance for your support.

Your girlfriend is correct, if your time sharing begins the first Saturday of the second full week then it does begin on the 17th of July and run until the 24th of July. Of course I write this answer based on the language of the order you wrote above.
