Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
We recently called DCF on my husband's ex-wife for her house being nasty. She has trash all over the house, alcohol bottels on the floor, she never takes the trash to the curb instead leaves it in the garage, and just many other nasty things. We did not file anonymously because we knew she would know who sent the complaint in anyway.
Our question is this: How do we find out what was said and if she is on some kind of plan?

You don't get to know. However, DCF can tell you--though they aren't required to--once the case is closed. If you end up filing a case, like a custody case or something, your lawyer can subpoena the information in the closed case file or can subpoena the DCF worker.
