Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i recently let my daughter go to her fathers house on march 22nd.she has been doing really bad at school and home.she is out of hand lately.if i decided to let her stay at his house for a while will be able to get custody of her.i have full custody of her .his name is not even on the birth certificate.we have a court date for august 30th.he owes me over 20,000 dollars in child support.i let her go to see him and her siblings to be a good person.we he be able to claim her on his income tax?and get custody of her?

I doubt it. What's the court date for? Who set it? Usually when a bio dad request visitation or custody he mus also request a paternity test. Without his name on the birth certificate I can't say how the court will justtify that he owes over 20K dollars. Did he know he was the father - did he sign anything stating he was? Need more info to an\swer you.
