I recently files for a motion of default in duval county florida. about how long does it take to get a court date, about how much time am i looking at until the divorce is final, and what all can i expect with me filing the motion of default?

You should contact the clerk of the court and set it for hearing. If your spouse doesn't appear at the hearing, then a default will be entered.
