Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I recently found out that my boyfriend of three years fathered a child in Costa Rica. It was a one night stand and the child just turned three years old. The mother of the child is demanding help now and my boyfriend is going to Costa Rica in about a month to visit but we don't know what we should be expecting in terms of visitation, child support or back child support. Any information on this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Well, it depends. Did she file an action in court. Has he been served papers. could be there is a pick up order for him when he arrives for non support.
