Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We recently got a new Judge who came in for ten minutes twice, and turned around everything we had accomplished and recovery for our children, he said if I didn't like his decision file an appeal, I found the appeal paper but not sure if I turn it in at the same court house in my county or the DCA I believe it's called, my ex wife said she filed for a motion of clarificaiton, can someone explain these two to me?
