Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been recently laid off and am currently unemployed. I pay child support for two children. Now am not able to pay it. Now what do I do or what happens?

You need to file a motion to abate or reduce your child support. Don't wait, because the old support amount continues until it gets reduced by the judge or hearing officer.
