Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I recently met a man on the internet who claimed to be single, and we began chatting. the conversation got sexual, and pictures were exchanged.(both over 18) the next week his wife called me, confronted me and is now filing for divorce. If she keeps my name annoymous, will i be contacted or called in front of a judge because the picture came from my cell phone?

YOu are in the wrong directory. YOu need to talk to a criminal attorney as what you have done is against the law. It could be interpreted as solicitation perhaps.
