Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i recently moved to florida from pennsylvania i had no other option i have a child i had to leave behind because his father refused to let me bring him down here for the school year then take him for the summer. we coundlt come up with an agreement and i was afraid bringing him down here i would get hit with a kidnapping charge. id like for him to live here in florida with me because his father works all the time and my son is being taken care of by his grandmother i am his mother and want to be the one putting him off to school its not her responsibilitly and he refuses to come up with any type of agreement with my son coming to school down here its always got to be the way that he wants it what can i do?

The best interests of the child dictates. Unless there was PA court order, you could have brought him with you and started a custody proceeding in Fla. Now you must go to PA.
