Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I recently obtained my divorce. Own a house with the ex and my name still on the mortgage. However, now he refuses to let me in the house and visit our sons which mind you are 18 and 15yrs old. Please need your legal advice on my rights?

If this was covered by your divorce and he is not complying, a motion to hold him in contempt may be necessary.

If you quitclaimed the deed to your ex - then the house is his and he has every right to keep you from entering. As to the children, what did your agreement state. If he has violated the child custody part of the agreement, then you can file for contempt/enforcement. If I can be of service, please contact my office for an appointment.
