Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I recently ask you some questions about my daughter.her father never denied paterinety.the court date is for visitation.they want visitation rights.i was thinking about letting her stay for a while see if she could straighten up and get back on track with her life.she has been lying and stealing lately.i wanted to see how she does in a different surrounding.but i dont want to lose custody rights.is there any possible way they could get me for child support?after all when they find out he is her father.he will have to pay me that child support.

One can not waive child support. Someone has to pay. AS to visitation, if he has more visitation than you, then you will pay and vice versa. I suggest you file for child support at the same time and get some bounderies set.
