Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have recently separated from my boyfriend of 20 yrs. our 17yr old twins are staying with him for the time being. I still have belongings there. Am I entitled to enter the property and remove my belongings when I wish?

Are you on the lease or the mortgage? Once you move out, you are out. You should probably arrange a time and date certain for you to get your belongings. I hope you already know what's yours and what's his.
