Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I recieved a petition to establish visitation from my daughters father and want to be sure of which forms I need to file in response. A list of those would be very much appreciated. Also on one of the forms he put my name as the petitioner and his as the respondent. Is that a mistake? If so does it mean anything?

Thank you in advance,

MP
