Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have recieved a summons to appear in court for child support. I am the mother. My ex has one child and I have the other. My ex tried receiving benfits for our son (foodstamps) and now they are going after me for child support. I have no income, no job. My ex has a full time job. Would I still have to pay him or would it cancel itself out?

explain you situation in court. since you ex is employed, he would probably be responsible for some support even though he has one child and you have the other.
