Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I record a conversation of my wife and I and she is making threats to me and admitting she would hit herself and tell the police I did it, would I be able to use this recording in court here in FL? would i be able to use any recordings of her hitting me?

YOu would need to follow the rules of evidence to produce the recording in court. Sounds to me you need to file a domestic injunction against the wife and file for a divorce before this really gets out of hand.
