Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In reference to Child Support, is there a time frame, that the parent with custody can still collect unpaid child support? My ex-husband, and I got divorced May 1988, and my Children now are 24 and 27, they were 2 amd 5 when we got divorced, and he has never paid one penny of child support. Can I still collect from him what he owes or not?
