ex refused subpeona child support modification
I pay child support. My oldest child is 19 and in college. I filed for mod. of child supp. He was served a subpeona and refused to accept it. What happens now? Can I still get a court hearing or do I need an atty?

Re: ex refused subpeona child support modification
I am sure you do not mean a subpoena. You are probably referring to a petition and notice for hearing for a modification. Whoever served him must file an affidavit of service, whether he accepted it or not.
