Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am in a relationship with a man whose ex, the mother of his son, constantly calls him throughout the day. At night she will call from an "unknown" number and he knows it's her because she has done that in the past and he was able to prove when he pulled his phone records. They have joint custody of this sweet little boy, but what can he do legally to get her to stop harassing her without jeopardizing his visitation?

Well, if he doesn't want to deal with the phone calls, if there is no language in an outstanding court order relating to phone calls and communication between mother and father, he can file a petition for modification that would address the problems regarding her calling him at all hours of the day. Because there is animosity between them, he can perhaps request that the communication be limited to email and only in cases of emergency pertaining to the child can he be reached via telephone.
