Relingquish Parental Rights in Florida

I want to find out how myself and my childrens father can relinquish our parental rights, without an attorney in florida. We have fallen on very hard times and do not know what else to do.

You have to find someone to adopt them. You can't just dump them on the state. Your children are your responsibility. I'm sorry that they've become a burden, but the law simply doesn't allow you to turn them into a taxpayer burden.

You should try seeking public assistance, such as food stamps. Your county also may have programs which can help you with rent and other expenses.
