Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Relinquishing parental rights

I have a 9 year old son and a 7 year old daughter, my case is in the florida courts, my questions is if I am not satisified with the Magistrates descission, how do I relinguish my parental rights. To clear things up, the father is in arrears for $40, 000.00 and abandond the children four years ago, now he is seeking full custody, his case is that i am mentally insane and too religious, yet he left the children with me for 9 years, and i have never changed. He has made a bad situation worse, and know that i cannot tolerate to have this man in my life. He is vindictive and will put my children against me, I am tired of picking up the pieces after this man, and just want to know, how if the judge does not rule in my favour, how do i relinquish my rights, I have been pro se, for a year now
