Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I want to relocate from Florida back to New Jersey. I took this case to court in 06 then I decided to drop the case and put visitation order in place and child support issue. Giving him the bennifit of the doubt that he wanted to be by his kids and become responsible. I don\'t get a dime of child support and he sees his kids every other day (more than the visitation order says.) I believe I have shown good faith. I hired an attorney and am going back to court. Do I stand a chance to win???? My attorney believes so because he has\'nt paid and my family in Jersey has been economically helping me but with this state you never know. I would appreciate your feed back and tips.

You had a better chance in 2006 before they changed the law to make it almost impossible to move. It helps that he isn\'t paying support, but if he isn\'t working then he has a good excuse. Your biggest problem is that his sees the kids so often. Just based on what you\'ve said, it doesn\'t sound good, but I don\'t know your entire case.
