Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If I relocate from the US with my son to Puerto Rico and the father is not listed on the birth certificate but at some time in the future the father would decide he wants shared custody (the father lives in US). Would he be able to acquire custody if I'm in Puerto Rico?
