Relocation in Florida

Does a non-custodial parent need to file a Notice of Intent to Relocate before moving out of state or do they simply need to notify the court of the new address once the move is complete?

The non-custodial parent doesn't even have to notify the court, just the other parent. There is no law preventing any parent from moving away, the law just prevents moving the kids away.
