Relocation w\Children
i want to relocate w\ my children. i know the father will object. the fact his family has harrassed me he verbally abuses me , will this help for a judge to grant relocation? how do you prove verbal abuse, what should i focus on as far as main factors court will look at? please tell me what to do for a judge to be more on granting the relocation. father smoke marajuna too. how do i prove it? save receipts of him buying cigars? i need help i am surrounded by him and his family and my family is one state away Georgia

Just because you have children with someone does not mean that you have to live with them forever in the same city. The best way to convince a judge that you should have custody, is prove that your household is the best environment for the kids. Will you have relatives to help? Do you have a home? Have you figured out the school schedule? Would you make sure you adhered to visitation? Those are the factors that the court will look at.
