Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
what do I do if I re-married before my divorce was final. I have since completed the divorce, but I am afraid to re-marry my current wife for fear of going to jail.

If a person was married before they were divorced from someone else, the new marriage is likely null and void. On top of that, the person may be criminally liable for bigamy and for lying on the marriage license application since they must affirm that they are not married. However, a marriage after the divorce goes through isn't unlawful and by itself would not risk sending a person to jail.
