Removal of Property
Can I remove 2 vehicles, that I have titles to in hand, from my property that I fled 2 and a half years ago to get away from my abusive husband? I had sent him a divorce request that he did not agree to sign last year.

If your name is on the title, you can take the cars. By the way, you don't need his signature to divorce him. You just need to file a contested divorce rather than an uncontested divorce.
