Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How do I remove my ex-husband's name off of my daughter's birth certificate? He hasn't seen her since she was 6 months old and she is now 4 and a half. He has never paid child support or visited her. I have sole and complete custody as per the divorce papers.

You cannot remove his name from the birth certificate regardless of what he does or doesn't do after the birth.
