remove husband from property
I am married 19 years 4 children husband and I are not getting along - he leaves for a day at a time drinks too much and has caused a great deal of tension in the house I am not ready to file for divorce separation does not give me the right to denie him access to our house how can i get him to leave?

Generally, you cannot without filing a suit for divorce. Your husband has equal rights to the residence. You can leave if you like, but you cannot force your husband to vacate simply because you decided that he must.
