How remove a lis pendens on my home?
I am getting divorced and my lawyers (whom I have since fired) placed a lis pendens on my home which is preventing us from refinancing or selling. How do i remove the lis pendens?

It is apparent that there is some dispute over the payment of fees with your prior counsel. You will have to resolve your fee dispute with your prior attorney by paying them, making suitable arrangements for payment or challange the Lis Pendens in court. There is no magic way to remove it.
I would question whether the prior attorneys had the right to place a Lis Pendens on your home. I would strongly suggest that you consult another attorney to determine the legality of that action by your former counsel.
