I need to renew my son's passport. I live in Florida and have sole parental responsibility. Do i still need my ex's signature?

A certified copy of your divorce judgment showing your authority should be sufficient.

You may have to get an Order from the court. I believe the instructions as to obtaining a passport will reflect that only an order is acceptable.
