When reopening a divorce judgement do I use the wife's new married name or what is on the judgement?

When you file the document to reopen the case, use the same caption - the same names as the original action. This is so the clerk can make certain the case is the same case.

In the body of the pleading, you can refer to your ex as "Sally Smith, formerly known as Sally Jones" OR "Sally Jones, now known as Sally Smith", Either is perfectly fine.
