when child support notified me a month and half after his death of his death.it said he had no assets ..and i couldnt have taken him to court because they said they could not find him and i didnt have the money ive been a single mom raising 3 kids so money has always been tight..and even if he did have anything a checking account or savings by now its all gone ..what a way to get out of paying support..that was meant to be funny .thank you so much for your help

Well, I don't suppose he had a car? A house you could put a lien on? Paycheck he was owed from somewhere? Guess it's a longshot.
