Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Who can I "report" an attorney to, that basically took our case (i.e. child custody case); took our money, took money or the fee to file for a new hearing, but then claimed that she lost our file, her secretary quit etc etc....so then claimed a month ago that she would "get on it" (after us not hearing from her for 2 months), claims she put in for a change in the current visitation agreement-but we aksed for copies-she cant provide any; we asked for proof of what she has done for our case and unfortunately, we get no return phone calls; no return emails; no return faxes; the secretary claims she cant answer any questions; claims the atty is "unavailable" each time we call. HELP! This simply isnt a good match and this atty took our money-and all we want is a "refund" and to hire someone else.
