Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i am representing myself in family court regarding parenting plan/time sharing..what form do i file to hve the father submit to a drug test. He has a long history of drug and alcohol use and currently still uses weed. my dgtr is 15 and i dont want to get her involved or have her present in court, but it is a serious concern i have and want her to be sfe when at her dads. do i have the right to ask for this

Make sure you go thru the family law forms on the Florida Court's website at www.flcourts.org. There are numerous forms there which you can use to help your case along. Your daughter should not have to be in court. She doesn't need to watch you and her dad in court, and neither of you should even try to have her testify as a witness against the other.
