Can I request retroactive child support for the duration of time my ex did not provide court ordered health insurance?

If the amount of child support originally calculated was based on him providing health insurance and he received a credit in the calculations for the expense of providing the health insurance, then it would make sense that you could calculate what his obligation would have been without the insurance credit and go after him for the difference.

FL Law provides that you can get retro support up to 2 years prior to the date of filing of the original action.
