That would really depend. Have you recently had a case with the paying parent - if so you should have gotten an updated Financial Affidavit. In order to find out the information you are seeking you would have to have an action in place to increase the support and then subpoena the records for that case. If the parent is making more funds then the support could be increased. However you also will have to produce an up to date financial affidavit so that an accurate figure can be derived. You can not just arbitrarily contact the parents employment and demand that they give you the information. If you need assistance in this matter, please contact my office for an appointment.
