Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I requested a child support modification 9 months ago after losing my job. I have been paying the full amount of almost $700 every month and they are just now determining that they are going to reduce it by over $300. Will I get any re-imbursement for the excess that I have paid for 9 months while they finally got to my case?

If it decided that the Order is retroactive then there will be an overpayment shown on the support records.
