Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
What do I do now? I requested a modification of child support since I have my son over 50 percent of the time now and sent all my financial stuff, but they closed my case and said the review could not be finished because the other party didn't send in their financial stuff.

This is what happens when you don't have an attorney. In order to keep the file open you will need to pay the fee to reopen and then file a Motion to Compel/contempt since the other party did not comply. There are other discovery documents necessary to keep this matter in the court system and you to get a decrease.
