What are the requirements to get married at 17 on the state of florida

You must have the written consent of both of your parents or guardian. If both of your parents are deceased then you also may apply for a license. The judge (in his/her discretion) may issue a license if the minors (under 18) apply with a sworn statement under oath that they are the parents of a child or that the female is expecting (must have the written statement of a licensed physician).
