I will not buy you gifts any more since i am going through child support! i have $10,000 saved for your college and i support you so your mother will lose! thoses are things the father has told my son and it turned my son against me for awhile until I sat him down. i had no idea the father was telling these this to my son. my son is sad over this and i am thinking about taking him to therapy. the child support case is not file and it is still being processed. can i file a legal complaint against the father of my child for saying these things? some like a gage order? please help.

Those are matters specifically covered if the case has been through family court and not child support enforcement. If you want to get these matters addressed and seek primary timesharing/custody of your child with set out restrictions, you would have to file a Petition to Establish Paternity, Timesharing, and Shared Parental Responsibility. Such a petition lays out timesharing and shared parental responsibility so that things are clear between both parties as to visitation days and promoting respect and not backbiting.
File your case for child support and never mind his comments. Let the father know that if he wishes to continue visits with his child that you will file for supervised visits if he continues with his ugly talk.
