Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I currently reside in Florida with my new husband and daughter from another relationship. My daughter's father lives in NY. We used to live in Indiana and while living there I took him to court for child support. He was ordered to pay monthly. He paid me for several years, however he stopped 9 months ago. He was ordered to pay a very small amount, however he always paid me much more because my daughter's private school was decided between the two of us to be his responsibility. Now I am married to a very successful man and my assumption is that my ex no longer feels the need to pay support. Is the child support enforceable that was ordered in Indiana or not because we no longer live there? Would I take him to court in Indiana, NY or Florida? If he does not even have a job, is it even worth it? This is not for the money, this is for the principle, and the money went to my daughter and the issue is more that she deserves what is owed to her more than I actually need it, if that makes sense.

He has no money and no job and you have remarried and have plenty. Why again do you feel the need to do this?
