Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i currently reside in florida and i want to move with my daughter to georgia . my ex husband is not helping with child support . and refuses to grant me permission to leave . what steps to i take now so that i can give my daughter a better life ?

You must ask the court for permission. There will be a hearing. It is not easy to take the child from one parent by moving out of state.

If your leaving the state has to do with a job and family helping you out, then you should not have a problem. YOu must get a court order to do so.
