Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I currently reside in Florida and want to move to Michigan with my daughter. My problem is that I know her father is going to contest me taking her. We were never married, but both our names are on her birth certificate. What are my rights as her mother?

The judge decides whether you can take the child away from her father. There is a hearing where you will need to present the reasons why you want to move.
