Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I reside in Hillsborough County,fl. I have a four year old daughter. I've have been broken up with her father for two years. I have been getting inconsistent child support from him. After we broke up he was arrested and is on probation for felony charges. If I file for child support for the very first time will this have any affect at all on his probation ? I want to start the process but don't want to get him in trouble with probation.

If you want child support, file for child support. If you don't, don't.
